Britney Phillips boasts almost two decades of experience, rising from a seasonal sales associate to a senior training developer at Fred Meyer Jewelers, holding a Master of Arts in Teaching. Lastly, Lindsay Salvo's 15-plus years in retail operations and capital investment strategies will be invaluable, particularly from her work leading growth initiatives for Signet's North American brands.
