Bobbi L. Avery, Jeffery Bolling, Britney Phillips, and Lindsay Salvo have each been appointed for a two-year tenure, poised to contribute their extensive knowledge and leadership to the organization. Avery, holding a Doctor of Education in Transformational Leadership, is recognized for her strategic approach to human resources and her role in developing Day's University at Day's Jewelers. Jeffery Bolling, a veteran CAD designer and former U.S. Army serviceman, has nearly four decades in the jewelry sector, including founding Denver's first African American-owned fine jewelry store. Britney Phillips boasts almost two decades of experience, rising from a seasonal sales associate to a senior training developer at Fred Meyer Jewelers, holding a Master of Arts in Teaching. Lastly, Lindsay Salvo's 15-plus years in retail operations and capital investment strategies will be invaluable, particularly from her work leading growth initiatives for Signet's North American brands.

These esteemed professionals join a distinguished group of returning board members, including Chair Jennifer Hammond, Vice Chair David Bonaparte, Treasurer Julie Keeney, and members Joe Corey, Mike Blank, and Steve Velasquez.
