First introduced in 2022, the Orbit has become a signature collection for Armin Strom, recognized for its inventive approach to displaying the date. This latest version, the Orbit Midnight Purple, builds on its predecessors' success, joining a lineage that includes the First Edition, Manufacture Edition, Black DLC Purple variant, and the more recent Lime Green and Ice Blue models. Robust Construction and Innovative Date Mechanism

The new Orbit Midnight Purple maintains the robust characteristics of its lineage. Encased in stainless steel, it features a 43.4mm diameter and a 12.6mm height, with scratch-resistant sapphire crystals protecting both the front and back. The black ceramic bezel is adorned with date indicators, with the word “DATE” highlighted in purple, underscoring its distinctive functionality. The on-demand date system is activated by a left-side pusher, allowing the date to be set via the crown or a caseband corrector, all while ensuring water resistance up to 50 meters.
