Watches and Wonders, the world's most significant horological exhibition, is poised for remarkable growth in 2027. Held annually in Geneva, this event continues to draw an increasing number of prominent luxury watchmakers, consolidating its position as a central gathering for the industry.

Watches and Wonders 2027: An Expanded Horizon for Horology

The Watches and Wonders exhibition, scheduled from Monday, April 5, to Sunday, April 11, 2027, at the Palexpo convention center in Geneva, Switzerland, is set to welcome several new esteemed participants. Among the notable additions are the venerable Swiss watch manufacturers Breitling, Gallet, and Universal Genève, each bringing a rich heritage of watchmaking excellence. Furthermore, the distinguished Italian watch and jewelry house Damiani, established in 1924, will make its debut appearance at the fair. These new entrants highlight the continuous evolution and expanding reach of the event since its rebranding in 2020 from the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie. The 2026 edition saw an impressive turnout of 66 brands, attracting approximately 60,000 visitors to Geneva and engaging nearly a billion online. The event successfully showcased groundbreaking innovations, including the Patek Philippe 50th Anniversary Nautilus, the Rolex Oyster Perpetual 28, and the Parmigiani Fleurier Tonda PF Chronograph Mystérieux. The 2027 lineup is expected to feature the traditional "holy trinity" of watchmaking—Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and Vacheron Constantin—alongside other major players such as Cartier, Rolex, Jaeger-LeCoultre, and TAG Heuer. The exhibition will maintain its established two-part structure, dedicating the initial four days to industry professionals, including journalists and retailers, followed by three public days for enthusiasts. Complementing the main event, the "In the City" program will once again animate downtown Geneva with various exhibitions, interactive workshops, and unique horological experiences, catering to both seasoned collectors and newcomers alike.
