MeisterSinger Introduces Souscription Panthero Jumping Hour Guilloché

May 14, 2026, 8:29 AM

MeisterSinger has unveiled its latest creation, the Souscription Panthero Jumping Hour Guilloché, building upon the technical advancements first seen in the Panthero Jumping Hour earlier this year. This new model introduces a distinctive subscription sales concept, a method reminiscent of 18th-century watchmaking traditions where pieces were crafted only after a client's commitment. This approach emphasizes exclusivity and anticipation, ensuring each timepiece is destined for a specific owner before production commences. The watch combines a unique aesthetic with a sophisticated mechanism, appealing to connoisseurs who appreciate both traditional craftsmanship and innovative procurement methods.

The timepiece maintains the signature design elements of the Panthero collection, featuring a 40.5mm stainless steel casing with a slender bezel that maximizes the dial's visibility. The meticulous blend of brushed and polished surfaces creates a subtle yet impactful contrast, highlighting the artisanal quality without overpowering the visual experience. A domed sapphire crystal protects the dial, while the overall construction ensures comfort and durability, complemented by a water resistance of 50 meters.

The dial is the focal point of this special edition, showcasing a hand-guilloché light grey surface. This intricate texture, achieved through traditional manual machinery, creates a dynamic interplay with light, giving the dial a sense of continuous movement. The primary time indication is an off-centered blue minute ring, while the hours are displayed through a circular aperture at 12 o'clock, featuring an instantaneous jumping hour mechanism. A single hand tracks the minutes, and the brand's characteristic rotating 'sun wheel' at 6 o'clock adds a poetic touch, symbolizing the perpetual nature of time without serving a functional purpose.

Powering this exquisite watch is the automatic calibre MS-JH-01, which integrates a Sellita SW300 base movement with a specialized jumping hour module developed in collaboration with Dubois-Depraz. This movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and provides a reliable power reserve of approximately 47 hours. The watch is elegantly paired with a blue leather strap featuring crocodile embossing, enhancing its refined appeal.

The Souscription Panthero Jumping Hour Guilloché successfully merges a historic purchasing model with time-honored watchmaking techniques and contemporary design. It offers a fresh perspective on horology, emphasizing the value of bespoke creation and the artistry involved in each piece. Orders for this exclusive model will be open for a limited period, with deliveries anticipated to begin in the third quarter of 2026. The timepiece is priced at EUR 7,990, inclusive of VAT.
