Namibia Joins Luanda Accord, Expanding Natural Diamond Council's Global Influence

India's Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) and the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) have formally committed to joining the NDC by May 1, 2026.
