During the event, we took a brief but captivating detour to the Icons of Porsche event, which attracted enthusiasts and their prized vehicles from across the globe. This side trip underscored the natural convergence of passion between watch collectors and car aficionados. Back at Dubai Watch Week, a visit to the Seddiqi Rolex CPO Salon offered an exclusive viewing of rare Rolex models, including a white gold Pearlmaster and a Tridor Day-Date from 1985, alongside a unique yellow gold Stella Day-Date. A particular highlight was the off-catalog 40mm Day-Date, adorned with rubies on the bezel and Roman numerals, a piece still in production. Further explorations revealed a Roger Smith Series 2 with Eastern Arabic numerals and intricate Arabesque engraving, presented by Hamied Seddiqi, Chairman of Seddiqi Holdings, emphasizing the blend of traditional craftsmanship and unique aesthetics.

The Audemars Piguet "House of Wonders" exhibition was another focal point, celebrating 150 years of the brand's heritage.
