The Regulator model from Louis Erard serves as the perfect canvas for these transformations, primarily due to its distinct display of hours, minutes, and seconds on separate axes. Building on this success, the blue Louis Erard Regulator for Worn & Wound is now reintroduced alongside a fresh grey variant, signifying a three-year journey of development. The innovative Esprit Flinqué design reinterprets the classic Regulator layout with a three-tiered structure. The base layer, intricately fluted, supports two openworked sub-dials for hours and seconds, positioned vertically. These are the first openworked elements to be integrated into a Louis Erard watch, orbiting beneath a larger upper counter dedicated to minutes. Time is indicated by two pointers for hours and seconds, while the minutes are elegantly displayed by Louis Erard's signature fir-tree hand, marked by clear white sans-serif numerals, maintaining a minimalist aesthetic free of overt branding, save for the subtle "Swiss Made" inscription.

These new Esprit Flinqué models pay homage to the delicate flinqué enamel technique by replicating its opulent textures. Their design, with a fluted pattern radiating like sunbeams, evokes the geometric engravings often found in flinqué enamel. The lowest dial layer, in light blue or grey, transitions to a deeper shade on the lacquered minutes counter above, creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow across its three-dimensional ridges. Each color variant is limited to 99 pieces, priced at CHF 3,990 (excluding tax), and comes with a grained calfskin strap with a quick-release mechanism for effortless customization.
