This release commemorates the upcoming centennial of the legendary American highway, Route 66, which first opened in 1926. In a significant release for watch enthusiasts and automotive aficionados, MeisterSinger has unveiled its special "Edition Route 66" timepiece. This limited-edition watch celebrates the enduring legacy of America's historic Route 66, which is set to mark its 100th anniversary in 2026. The watch, a tribute to the open road and the iconic Ford Mustang, embodies the adventurous spirit of travel without a predetermined destination.

Unlike previous automotive-inspired models that utilized the smaller 36mm Neo case, the "Edition Route 66" is built upon the more robust No.03 platform, boasting a 43mm diameter and a height of 11.5mm. Its stainless-steel casing maintains the clean, functional design characteristic of the No.03 series, with a durable sapphire crystal protecting the face. A distinctive feature is the sapphire crystal caseback, which is adorned with a semi-transparent depiction of the historic Route 66 shield. This caseback is secured by six screws and each watch is individually engraved with its unique limited-edition number. The timepiece also offers a practical water resistance of 50 meters.

The dial of the watch is a true highlight, featuring a two-layer design that cleverly evokes the wheels of the Ford Mustang. The base layer is a matte black, intricately engraved with fine concentric circles, while the upper layer introduces six striking silver-white spokes. The MeisterSinger brand mark is elegantly presented on an oval plaque, and the iconic Route 66 emblem is prominently positioned in the lower section of the dial. The watch is paired with a black vintage saddle-leather strap, featuring contrasting red stitching that perfectly matches the dial's color accents, and fastens with a classic pin buckle. Each "Edition Route 66" watch is presented in a specially designed display box that showcases a desert landscape inspired by Route 66, and notably, includes a 1:18 scale model of a red Ford Mustang Convertible. This exclusive offering is limited to only 100 pieces globally and is available for EUR 2,390, inclusive of VAT.
